Information you provide
The request form collects your name, phone number, optional email, ZIP code, project details, consent, and optional photos. Please avoid uploading images containing people, private documents, or other unnecessary personal information. Photo metadata may be included in the original files.
How a request is used
When request delivery is enabled, your details and photos are sent to the configured receiving system and may be shared with a local painting provider to respond to the project. Submitting the form does not guarantee a provider match. Do not submit information you do not want used for this purpose.
Attribution and operational processing
The site stores first-visit campaign parameters, landing page, referring website origin, timestamp, and service or location page context in session storage. These details accompany a request. Hosting and spam-protection services may process network information to deliver and protect the site. If enabled, rate limiting uses a hashed network address with a short expiry.
Optional analytics and call tracking
Analytics and call-tracking scripts are loaded only after you allow them in the cookie notice. You can decline and still use the forms. Use Cookie settings to change your choice when these integrations are configured. A configured tracking provider may apply its own cookies and processing terms. Do not include personal details in campaign links.
Storage and recipients
The website does not keep a local lead database. The configured receiving system and providers may retain submitted information under their own policies. The operator must identify those recipients and their retention practices before accepting live leads. Hosting logs may be retained by the hosting platform.
Contact and privacy requests
Use the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask about recipients. Contact details and operational retention information must be supplied by the operator before launch. This page currently describes the implemented site behavior.
